All therapy sessions are 50 minutes long.  To get the most out of the work, sessions are usually held at the same time each week. If you are unable to attend a session, I will do my best to offer an alternative session time within the same week although this might not always be possible.

 

I usually give ample notice of when I am away and take time off at Christmas, Easter and in the summer.​ ​​
