All therapy sessions are 50 minutes long.  To get the most out of the work, sessions are usually held at the same time each week. If you decide to start therapy, I commit to keeping your session time available and open exclusively for you. This means that I do charge for missed sessions. If you are unable to attend a session, I will do my best to offer an alternative session time within the same week although this might not always be possible.

 

I usually give ample notice of when I am away and take time off at Christmas, Easter and in the summer.​ ​​There is no charge for sessions missed while I am away or when the clinic is closed.

Sessions are usually charged a month in arrears and can be paid for by bank transfer.​ I work with the following medical insurance providers: AXA PPP, Vitality, Aviva and Aetna.
